How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Under our regulatory obligations, we are required to retain records for a minimum of seven years. Data stored online is backed up and can be retrieved in the event of loss or corruption.
Your rights
You have the right to access and request correction of the personal information we hold about you. Before providing access, we will need to verify your identity.
If you believe a correction is needed and we agree, we will update the information. If we do not agree with the requested correction, we will note your request alongside the existing information.
